Add your commentI’ve been with WestHost since 1999 and am very happy with them. I’ve had no problems at all, downtime is negligible, and on the very few occasions I’ve needed support they’ve been helpful and prompt. Don’t be put off too easily by negative reviews! All products and services have critical customers, whereas customers who have no problems feel less motivated to submit reviews.

I’ve been with another host prior to transferring to westhost that promised out of this world packages such as unlimited POP, high transfer and high storage. However, as the saying goes, you pay for what you get. I ended up with poor uptime.I finally decided to switch to Westhost. Although they are not very generous in some features, you can count on them being an extremely stable and reliable host. I’m monitoring my server and so far, I’ve been having a 100% uptime! The uptime and speed definately outweigh the benefits of having such features as unlimited POP and high storage. What’s the use of that if no one can access your site?

I just started using Westhost and so far everything is good. The thing I like the best is their customer support. They are quick and responsive. I was having trouble with permissions on Wordpress database and they fixed it for me at no charge.
