I didn’t really like MochaHost, they have had such problems, just google them. I moved to http://www.pacifichost.com and lifes been much easier
Mochahost – deceivers.
1.5 year ago has placed with them sites. The tariff plan business. They had action, reduction of price at payment of 3th years. In 1 year after payment it was offered to me to pass to the plan in 10 times more. About 3$ on 23$.
Thus they do not give statistics about excess of consumption of resources. They do not give a data access for optimisation. They do not respond to inquiries while you will not pass to the new tariff. All who has bought the tariff for 3 years – are compelled to pass on 23$.
Their low prices is a deceit. As a result it will turn out on much more. I from them have left.

My sites have been down for 5 days now and the only thing we hear from Mochahost is that they are working on it.
Hello, This web host company Mochahost.com is terrible. I warn anyone who is thinking about hosting with Mochahost. Their servers are not good as well as they will over bill you. Stay away from them.
Network speed is terrible
Mochahost’s refound policy is a scam, they never refound you!
I requested account cancellation a few hours after they activated my vps, they deleted my account and never refound me. 2 months later I’m still waiting to be refound…
This is the worst host i have ever used.
Besides the complete lack of support, the excessive downtime and the flat out refusal to cancel my service pushed me to not only find a new host, but also to alert as many people as possible to this shoddy scam of a service provider.
They take your money, promise everything you want, then fail to deliver.
